waiting on the headers.....

Try to figure them out myself, I've never made headers before so it's new to me.

Yeah, because of the shape of the head and the curve of that front fender you're going to have a real chore ahead of you if you plan on making a zoomie type header fit. You see very few fendered deuces with zoomie headers because of this. I think you'de be better off just going straight down with a standard header for a hemi and then make some exhaust pipes that exit before the rear tire. The MPC 67 Charger street machine had a nice set of headers.

Great so far. What was your paint technique on the black part of the seats and transmission tunnel?

Thank you Skip, the Trans tunnel was molded with a bit of a texture I just used a bit of hi-build primer and shot it from a distance, then painted that black, the seats are flat black rubbed out.

REALLY Loving this build so far, Nick!

You're doing an awesome job. Interior and engine look GREAT!! I especially love the key chain and the "footprint" gas pedal. B)

Reminds me of that part on Joe Dirt - "I thought you said you had a hemi?.." ~ "Oh...ummm... It's at the shop right now having the footprint gas pedal installed..." I might have to watch that again now... Funny movie!

looks awsome ..

one small taste thing , i think chrome rims would stand out more on the very dark colors sceme and make it pop more ..

I'm loosley basing this on a local Car, he runs genuine 60's Halibrand Magnesium whells that are well Magnesium.

Wow Nick, your skills are getting stronger. Great workmanship.

Thank you, I like to try a new technique or skill with each build.
