I finished the restrooms. This station is at it's prime, so no filthy, disgusting restrooms here.

I made this shed for out back, but I think I overdid the weathering quite a bit. I'll probably save it for another use.

Finally, I made a phone booth. I found the actual specs and dimensions on line. It is LED lit. The door is hinged and works as well.

Tom, I've gone through this entire thread...you owe me a keyboard!

This is absolutely stunning work, the lighting is...I don't have the proper adjective, I grew up in the Chicago area, and remember all the Clark stations...you have nailed them perfectly! Congratulations on one beautiful build! I can't wait to see it completed!

Unbelievable work!!!!!!

I actually like the shed. It looks like a real shed at a real Clark station.

Tom, Amazing project. Great work. Brings back many memories as I worked at a Clark, Texaco, Mobile, Bulko, and Phillips gas stations in Chicago many many many years ago.   Gas on your hands in the winter-time sure did burn.

Coming from Ed, that has to be an endorsement if I ever heard one! Again Tom, outstanding work and so life like.

Wow, my older brother worked on one of these in the late 70s, early 80s.  Then, one of them converted into a Cola shop, not a soda fountain but rather a store that sold cases of pop, etc. In my hometown, there is still at least one of these standing.

WOW! I'm glad I decided to post this build. I had no idea it would interest so many. It's been great hearing from everyone, and I've enjoyed "meeting" people who have helped with research. This is quite the positive group!

I have two cars I want to get painted while it's still warm, and another master to produce, so I will just be picking at this for awhile. If I do something worthy of your notice, I'll be sure and post.

Thanks for the support and encouragement, everyone!

I am glad to catch up with this again. Just a  terrific job on this. i'm glad it's shown in it's prime, there was a time when it mattered to keep things looking clean. I love the utilities (elec. and gas meter)  Beautiful job Tom, I look forward to seeing your Texaco project as it evolves (or whatever else you do!)
