Actually it does kind of look like an AMX or Javelin type , but it's not .
Looks like you and me are the only ones playing , so here's a hint .
It's an MPC kit and it's not a GM or Chrysler product .

That recess looks almost square...could it be for a parachute instead of a license plate?

I'm lurking in the background too, but I haven't come up with anything approaching a guess on anything except the '54 Chevy piece last week. By that time, it had already been guessed. Patience, guys. I'll get one of these things one of these days, just you wait! :P

AMT Ford Pinto, the year might be 1971, at least the part I have that looks like that came in a 71.

It's the back seat from an AMT Chevy Monza.
