Casey is getting warm - air cooled, yes. Non-top level brand, yes (originally). Not a Trabant part, correct.

Hint...first production sports car for a rather large auto maker.

The last pic I see is of a bunch of Lemons so I`m gonna guess the AMT 58 Edsel Pacer.

Honda 600?

Not a Honda 600.

Not an Edsel - Honda is closer....

Honda NSX ( Acura in USA ) ?

...the Honda is closer than the Edsel, it's not a Honda though, and older than the NSX. Production started after Honda's first production sports car, the s500.

Subaru 360?

Nope. Not a Subaru. I think they made 360s prior to both the Honda 500 and THE kit, and it wasn't much of a sports car! This one is larger than the Subbie's 360cc engine, about 440ccs bigger.

So...air cooled, not a Honda or Subaru, first production sports car for a VERY large auto maker (very large, now, that is), and about 800ccs o' raw power!

That is the kit - or one of them (two Fujimi versions?)

There are two other versions I know of - Nitto and Doyusha boxes - with the same contents. Those are both packaged better so that very thin windshield frame (to support the removable targa top) doesn't crack.

There are also 1/20 and 1/32 scale versions of the car.

Next...
