Excellent work rich as always. Can't wait to see that truck come together. That thing already looks mean. Love the little details of the wrench and magazines. Keep it gong, can't wait to see more.

thnx ! tbh i had some issues with the truck
when i was modifying the chassis it went alright .. then i wanted to make custom wheels and after finishing i realised they didnt look like what i expected and well when i tryed to get them off all the steering linkage and the part that makes the hub steer broke off ..
so now í will have to either scratch some new stuff of use something from a cheap kit i hope to find

to be cointinued

thnx guys

and @ hak , yes but tbh i didnt have the right tyres in the parts box ..i have one nice set but thats for a future build
that racer is actually build with a bunch of scrap parts i had onlt a loose body with busted roof and just started building this to put on the truck :)
so i just had to wing it a bit with what i had and could come up with using some spare parts ...

one small step further >

needs a tiny bit of bondo on the sides of the chassis and the sides of the plate (where the trailer hools in > what do you guys call that over there ?????)

i'm in doubt on the chassis color , either metal grey or black ....

some parts in chrome

12246_224622724337312_1002775592_n.jpg

bit hmmmzz theme (bit overdone maybe?) but i always liked the grey / red / white wall combination and never did it on a model , so this was the perfect one to do it

i also bought this kit , its from 1977 and in mint condition and all sealed

weird thing is it says 1/25 but it all looks so small ?? anybody knows about this ??

yea I just posted about that in the obscure kits thread.. yea watch out for the painful small parts that brake easy on the suspension.. yea even as a little kid I remember that thing. I always thought ( as did my grand father ) it was more like 1:27 scale. I still have sealed the LIL John's delivery ( only thing diff was it had a 5 window sedan body with optional panel covers for the back side windows ) I build-ed both when I was young with granddad. and later the kit I have now is a ebay buy.

aah cool thnx !!

well not afraid for the small parts , i even dont know if i will build it straight out of the box , i may do some alterations :)
