This was a quick adjustment to a Maisto diecast to replicate my son's car. The end result is for an Xmass gift for my 4 year old grandson as "Daddy's Car". His car guy test will be if he recognizes it as such! :)


This is a year or 2 off the 1:1 but is close enough for this as there are none made of the exact year. The big thing was the proper rear wing which matched perfectly. I had to paint the side window trim black, the wheels silver, make plaid inserts for the seats and do the correct NJ license plates.

I have this kit as a Revell Die cast. It's 25th scale, practically FALLS together and makes a REAL NICE lookin model ta boot!!!! Mine is a model kit so it doesn't come with opening doors, but the hood opens to reveal the Subi's turbo's boxer engine.

Revell made a kit of the 1:1 bodystyle In diecast even.
