Another of my older builds, this is the AMT 51 Chevy Bel Air hardtop. I used the same corduroy upholstery as I did on my 50 Ford convertible. Aftermarket wheels & two-tone paint with a small block for power. Hope you enjoy.

And I think Harry mentioned something recently about no one adding valve stems to their wheels...the photo is a bit blurry but I think you can see my valve stem in that shot.

Hey that looks sweet, I like the idea of using corduroy as upholstery it looks very nice. Now I need to find a build I can use that idea on...  Very sharp looking chevy, nice engine detail and a smooth finish.

I especially like the two tone paint. The whole Car is really cool too excellent detail, and a good choice of wheels.

Another nice one! Where did you get the wheels from? They look great on this '51!

I love the color! The ride hieght and stance are spot on. However, something didn't look right. So I googled 51 chevy hardtpop pics, and there it was. It's missing the verticle chrome trim found on the rear window. A problem with the kit I'm sure. Still a very nice finished product, well done.
