Monte looks great! You nailed the colors. It's missing white walls though (of course I'd put white walls on shopping carts).

You should do the AMT 1970 Monte Carlo with the MCG update set and an edelbrock engine upgrade kit, nice interior job though i love it.

Beautiful build! Those Monte Carlos were some of the nicest cars of the 1970's!

Wow! Super-nice job on that interior! You've really taken that basic kit upscale.

I owned a '77 white Monte with a red Landau roof. My sister had a '79 Monte the same color as the '79 model shown here. At the time she had her's, I thought those third generation Montes were ugly. As time moves on, those '78 and '79 Monte Carlos don't look so bad any more. I was never a big fan of looks of second generation Monte either. Despite owning one. If I were to go for a second gen Monte, it would be its first year, 1973. The Monte I've always like from day one, were first generation. Especially the '70.

Still I need to build a '77 someday. I have original promos of the '78 and '79. And I have the most recent kit AMT did several years ago of the 1970. Now if somebody would do a nice '73, I'd be happy.
