One i finished recently (well sorta) waiting on some resin lock out hubs to come in the mail.

took a mid to late 70's ford pickup box shortened it, cut off the taillghts from the resin box and made new side trim, chassis has been shortened and is from the model king 1979 ford pickup kit 4x4.

Engine from a Ford stunt van i built almost 20 years ago, gave it some paint swapped out the oil pan and called it good.

Very nice! I can't wait for the Mobeius kits to come out, I have a couple of ideas and this is one of them!

Very sharp!  That would look so good sitting on one of my shelves, lol!  I hope Mobeius comes out with a 4x4 version of their upcoming trucks.

This build reminds me of my first truck. It was a 1977 Ford F100 step side with a 302 c.i.d. and a c4 automatic trans. Great truck. Your build is a beautiful rendition of a timeless classic truck. I love those Ford years.

American truck makers have a nice trend going. One decade Chevy has good trucks when Ford and Dodge does not then the next decade it's Ford then again the decade after that its Dodge. Ford had it nailed down in the 70's. Chevy had a good truck in the first half of the 70's as well, but IMO they fell short when they changed the body style in the mid 70's to that squarish body.

Ok that's my .02 cents and opinion. Great job on this model. I like the color.

Give me a call if you need me to come pick you up off the side of the road in my Chevy. 828-123-DERP. Lol, I'm joking, Nice build, I would like to build one like this with some Super Swampers along with my Chevy.
