I would say that is Cheap. Franklin & Danbury in 1/32 would have Started at $195.oo

and gone Up!!!!

 

I would compare them to those 2 Mints as Diecast pre-built with that detail.

They are Not being marketed as Toys, but Collector Replicas

I couldn't just collect those, I'd have to tear it apart and rebuild it to get the value. Like the AutoArt cars.
