Nissan Newman Skyline (R30)

15 December 2012 - 09:53 AM

Started a build on a car that caught my eye in a hobbyshop.

Gonna be straight out of box pretty much but with all add-on skirts and the low suspension set up.

Flareside "At least I have phat rims"

15 December 2012 - 09:48 AM

Since I have like zero confidence with my builds after seeing all the skill thats here on the forum and not being sure i ever finish the builds i have pretty much considered myself

done with this one, so sorry but no wip pics taken. The theme was ragged truck with efforts spent on rims, my first weathering attempt (failed since I used enamel paint for salt technique and it didnt work for the removal) Anyways after this wall of text comes the pics. Be gentle with me  .

11 September 2012 - 10:08 AM

Whats the best way to prepare small parts for paint? Kind of hard to sand or use scotchbrite. Any good tips?
Cheers!

Hi! After lurking this forum a couple of days i decided to make my first thread.

As the title says its a little different, so if its under the wrong category mods can move it.

Hopeless gluebomb with no sight of rescue that i inherited of my dads old workmate, built and rebuilt over and over again.
Counting now when stripping it, at least five layers of paint..
