International Scout SSIImrmike replied to mrmike's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial Thanks Jeff! I hope the decals are still good as well. I separated the parts that I have to paint flat black. The front grille, gas cap and the bumpers. The engine is nearing completion.

Thank you Donato, David and Carl! This is the only kit that I have seen with a standard engine and not the optional big block, big horsepower engine.

Thank you David, Stuart, Michael, Mike, Bob and Rusty! I'm surprised that this model had the small block engine in it. Usually, it is a big block engine. Possibly a 409!

International Scout SSIImrmike replied to mrmike's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial I assembled the wheels and tires and the basic engine which I will paint red. I am also prepping the body for decals and clearcoat.

This is my '65 Lincoln painted with Tamiya TS-50 Mica Blue with a Dupli-Color Light Blue Metallic interior. I installed an automatic headlight control on the center dash and telephones on the floor.

I finished my Lincoln Continental Convertible. It was built box stock with the exception of the automatic headlight control on the center of the dash and the phones on the floor.
