1/24 Revell Datsun reissue

Picked this up today. Surprisingly, at $24 is the same price as the modified reissue of the 57 Bel Air convertibe. Somehow a snap kit costs as much as a full detail? Odd.

No name crummy tires from the old Jeep wrangler kit. The wheels look decent.

Whoever designed these instructions would have you believe the 58 Corvette is a 59. And no, the kit doesn't come with the hard top. Only the soft top.

Has pad printed whitewall tires, and decals for them also.

Polar Lights BTTF 2

When I click on the link, it just reverts to the original kit, but the tiny pic shows the second movie's car, with the hovering wheels.

So, would Round2 have modified the Polar Lights original kit to include the articulated chassis? Or reissue the Aoshima kit again?

The reissued PL body was attempted to be corrected, adding a "DMC" logo to the grille, but failed to incorporate the "DeLorean" in the rear bumper.
