That Model A Woody is beautiful. It looks like you kept the stock 4-banger and added twin carbs. That's a nice approach, and it's what a lot of early hot rodders did. Rather than stuff an 8 cylinder into their cars, they would beef up their existing engines. Souping up in-line fours or sixes has almost become a lost art.

Is the body real wood (balsa, bass)?

Sorry I didn't get back with ya till now. Thanx for the comment, this is still one of my favorite builds. It's the rat rod pickup kit that I hacked the back half of the cab off, and replaced it with a scratch built basswood body of my design. The frame is made of strips cut from 1/32" sheet, and the panels are 1/32" sheet with a very light stain applied. The roof is .040" evergreen sheet with the kit's stock visor added. The kit 4 banger has both stock and hotrod parts, including the two pot intake and carbs. Again, thanx for the comments, glad ya dig it :)
