mmdm4
Looking at the model on the box top of the Revell kit I noticed that there is a piece of sprue between the top and bottom of the grill opening. Is this supposed to be there or should it be removed? If it's not supposed to be there you would think somebody would have caught the mistake, or am I the one that is mistaken???????????? High octane
If it's a '40 Willys, it would have a split grille. If it's a '41 Willys there would be no divider in the middle of the opening.
Brett Barrow
Agreed, the grille opening in that kit is shaped more like a 40 to my eye. And AMT's so-called "40" has a grille opening that looks more like a 41. Go figure. Leave it and call it a 40.
