GMP440
Saw that Walmart stocks Rustoleum clear in a quart can. It's in the automotive section. Instructions indicate it's ready to be used in a spray gun. Has anyone used this? It's about $ 21.00.
GMP440
I guess no one has tried it yet.
Jantrix
I have not tried it but I've never used a Rustoleum product I would recommend. In my opinion it is a sub-par product.
vwdave92
I haven't tried the clear but I've used the sandable primer on the last two cars I've done and really like it. It's heavy but it is VERY nice to work with over body work… easy to work down and fills in pits and pin holes nicely. I'm on the testors wet look clear. It's easy to find, not really expensive and SUPER bright. Plus it levels out really well… easy to use. With either I recommend letting them soak in a hot tap water for 5 min or so to warm the paint up. thins it out and make is go on much smoother.
