This is the chassi with the factory exhaust removed and smoothed over with plastic and putty.

Made some progress. Did some final fitting of the hood (could be better) Added some side pipe shrouds and molded in the headlight rings. Had to remove the molded in exhaut system and the add some flat plastic and putty. Still needs a lot of tinkering, but it's coming along.

Here's some of the latest pics. Another shot of the front end, I'l be adding the headlight rims next. The back needs some more fine sanding, it's a little rough in the corners.

Alright, the hungry fish got fed some putty. I'm having a little trouble with pictures..will have to work it out.

First post here, thought I'd share an ongoing build I'm working on. The final design and paint is still open, so suggestions are welcome. Here's the AMT kit, I'm using the custom front and rear pieces. Didn't like the rectangular opening of the gril, so I added some stripes and puttied them in. Also changed the hodd design by rounding the corners.
