BKcustoms
I've had this on the bench for the last few months so I figured it was time to make a WIP for it. Progress so far: I started with a Jimmy Flintstone 59 cadillac resin body custom taillights modified from a Revell 70 Challenger upper grill from Revell 59 Cadillac Eldorado Ross Gibson "Alley Rat" 502 engine with scratchbuilt motor mounts I scratchbuilt the frame by following Marcus Jones' how to article in the 'How Do I?" section started planning out the interior started on rear suspension heres the pics.. Let me know what you think! feel free to ask any questions you may have. Edited January 27, 2013 by BKcustoms

JasonFL
That is one bad cadillac. Love how that body line goes right into that side scoop and the work you did on that frame is clean.

72 Charger
Hi billy did you get this caddy finished ?
BKcustoms
I've been working on it slowly, it's taking a while since I'm scratchbuilding almost everything except the body and engine. Right now I'm trying to figure out the best way to make the floor and engine bay, I'll have an update sometime in the near future.

BKcustoms
I've got this one back on the bench now and I decided to tackle the front suspension. upper and lower control arms and spindles are scratchbuilt out of aluminum tubing. I still need to make a rack and pinion setup and coilovers. I also decided to use the center of a Corvette ZR1 Hood and part of it's engine cover to bring some shape into the boring flat hood.
