parki
Hear is my latest project. A Jimmy Flintstone 33 Ford Bonneville salts car. Gonna be loosely based on the Barris XM. I have just started making a belly pan for it. I was going to fit an interior to it but have decided to just build it as a slammer as the interior would be almost impossible to see through such narrow windows. moparmagiclives
TOO SWEET !!! build it as a lift off, so you can show the cage and frame?
parki
Mmm. Theres an idea. I would hanve to grind one heck of a lot of resin out of the body to do that though!! Worth consisdering though. Thanks for the idea.
Eshaver
Iv'e always been curious as to the look of this body, now I know . I see that it would require a sizeable amount of work in order to do an old Ford Flathead powered machine . Meebie I need to convert an old Revell kit to what I want to do eventually ........ Dr. Cranky
I think even as a curbside it would look pretty cool. A nice simple diorama base and you are good to go.
W-409
Glad to see you back on the bench, Adam! Great looking project you got going, this will be very interesting, since I'm building one Bonneville Salt Racer, but using '32 Ford as basis. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching this one for sure.
parki
Thanks guys Yeah the problem with this body is the amount of resin you would have to grind out to do anythind other than a curbside! Thanks Doctor Cranky. I shall see what I can come up with. What would work best for the base. I.e to represnt salt?

moparmagiclives
There is just something about a chopped 33/34 ford from that rear angle that says MEAN !!!! No matter what build style or theme.
