my father in law gave me a box and said open it.. so when i opened it there were about 200+ bottles of paint. patra, humbrol, and floquil paints.. they are all 30+ years old and all like brand new.. like 6 bottles of dio-sol, tons of hot rod primer and lots of other goodies.. nut the fumes wow enough to knock me out.. lol..

well i joined arc. i am ahaining so if you want to hit me up you can. I bought a revell f/a 18-e super hornet kit today.. so now i just have to do some research on the plane!

does anybody know of any model airplane forums. I am looking for a site that has tons of build ups. does anybody know of any?

i so would if i had that kind of cash. i found an old mini lathe that i am going to get.. but for now i am going to use my old ryobi drill and it has a huge chuck on it so i might be able to do what i need with it. for a lil while at least.

hey guys.. i am on a tight budget but i want to build a lathe. a lathe that i can machine plastic and brass on or even aluminum. I am getting tired of trying to use my dremel or my mighty expensive power drill. so any one know how to make on or even have suggestions? thank you guys!

well had some time at the bench tonite.. wanted to get the frame for my tarp top for the truck started. it is still a lil rough.. but all is good cause it will be covered by tissue and glue to for form the faux tarp top. well hope you all like it.. all comments are welcome.

well guys no updates for today. thanks for the comments. As for the paint i am going for a flat yellow with olive drap like accents and patina-ed paint. the story with the truck is that a couple of hot rodders were messing around on an old military base and they found this truck all rusted out in a field and they took it home and rustled up some spare parts to make this beast. I think I will use the ardun Flathead motor that came with the truck as the power plant.
