Pavel A.
I was opened next very interesting box from Italeri. It´s reissue of DAF NTT. This truck is so ugly, that it ´s wonderful. For this kit I´ve got also PE parts from Czech Truck Models. This set contents:- hood grille including neccessary plastic profiles for the grille ribs, both versions of the mudguard covers (with or without lights), cab steps, wheel hubs and painted dashboard and more. It is very useful set of PE parts. I started with chassis - lenght 1 inch (2,6 cm). I used nuts and bolts from Meng - 1,3 mm diameter, better will be max. 1mm (next time) I added some wiring (nylon wire from some Art Deco Shop) - 0,36mm. Edited September 24, 2014 by Pavel A. alangarber
Nice start, some of those kits are ugly. I have seen one of those built and it wasn't bad looking at all. Should be a nice build.

Pavel A.
Here are few photos from today´s work. I tried to make some next wiring and plumbing, so as isolation on electric installation. Also I made air hose valve on frame. It´s from some evergreen profiles and resin swivel hose ends (Hobby Design).

Pavel A.
Some short update.... I worked with PE parts on hubs. It is necessary to use older rims (hubs are bigger there), than I sanded tops down. The color of frame will be probably some shiny yellow. Because must I gave it to the white base (Mr.base white 1000).

Pavel A.
Here comes short update. I decide to use original yellow color from Daf. It was mixed by my friends in Car paintshop. So I try autenthic Daf yellow on my kit. It is only yellow base but very nice also without clearcoat (can be covered by 2k clearcoat, it is very very nice). So, this is only frame, that it can be not so shiny (wheels are not glued yet, so are not in correct position). Edited December 10, 2014 by Pavel A.
