  1. Really interesting build you have going! Never realized the cab had so much meat to it, this kit is REALLY under-appreciated. Photo is what you started with, amazing work you've done!
  2. Nice weathering effects and love the rack, spare and toolbox, neat work there! Nice job on the engine bay too. Need to see some photos of the other side
  3. Yes, it was our club's first NNL in a looooong time! About half the entries were by club members (who aren't allowed to enter the club contest in September) though. Wish the hundreds of people at the flea market in the next two rooms would have displayed their work while they were there! I posted pictures from other shows at https://www.group25.org//2023/Old_Show_Photos.htm
  4. Nice to see progress, this is very ambitious work, truly challenging but it's coming along nicely! I have a similar issue with 1-2mm stripes over a compound curved contour and you made me wonder if it might be easier to cut a wide band of tape rather than try to bend a thin strip over an edge. The cut edge would stick better too and reduce bleed, gonna try it
  5. Neatly done and detailed, amazing when you consider the scale! Many unique subjects if we get out of our 1/24-25th comfort zone. "Get the magnifier out!" LOL
  6. Beautifully done! Looks so small compared to the 'standard' pickups nowadays
  7. Plastruct clear sheet copolyester a.k.a. PET-G is used by many modelers, clearer than styrene. Glue it in with flexible white glue. Can be heat molded too. Love your project, looks neatly done, the cuts are straight and accurate
  8. Beautiful truck, well taken care of and deserving of a great replica, well done!
  9. Neat workmanship, very realistic weathering! Love the roll bar and guard

Come along and enjoy Canada's largest plastic scale model show & contest within the backdrop of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.
  11. Excellent work all around, both model and background scene! Very realistic woodwork, lots of details brought out by careful painting and washes, love it!
  12. Wow, those are great! Just the right amount of colour
  13. Looks pretty rough, but well worth saving, the '63 is kinda rare. I've saved up a few of this generation Riviera kit, I recall the interiors were different, and now I hear they're coming out with the '65 again, yay! Beautiful car!
