As someone just getting back into modelling after many years, I like looking at these posts of experienced modellers. Really admire work like this.

This is my first model build for about 30 years. Bought the Revell mp4-25 set ( amongst others ) and got it cheap. Idea was for first build, if I mess up 1 then got another. For some reason found it difficult to get rid of the mould release agent. Some pics on progress. Tried 1 body with grey primer and 1 with black. No clear added yet. I have also ordered some micro sol as there is no chance of decals being applied without it. Crits welcome.

Really like this. Enzo is the only Ferrari I like, especially when not painted red.

Just had to comment. As a new member and just taken up modelling again this has given me the best 3hrs entertainment for god knows how long. As a vehicle mechanic for 40yrs the detail is unbelievable at this scale. Especially the steering rack and suspension. Could blabber on. Can`t wait for the next update.

Hi all. Just taken up this hobby again. Used to build pretty much anything when a teenager. Now 57yrs old so some time ago. Bought a few F1 models to get back into modelling, so see how we go. I`ve been a vehicle mechanic ( u.k. ) for 40 years working on cars, some plant and for the last 18 years heavy goods vehicles. Hope to have something to post soon. Side note. May be able to provide ref photos of European Trucks and Vans.
