It's not actually a decal ? Cesar had the pattern custom made from a vinyl mask & sprayed the pattern ( deck stripe ) ... So it's actually painted on ?? It's possible fix it, but I won't... She is done and isn't a build for contests... I don't go to the contest a while ago, then I just build for my glass display.
