1930fordpickup
Cool looking wagon. I wonder if the front looks a good as the back?
Austin T
That actually looks pretty slick. I'm sure it would look much better lowered with a sick candy paint job.
Pete J.
Don't know what it is, but if you slap a coat of black paint on it, it would make a great hearse!
Harry P.
Revised photo. I didn't realize that the photo I posted was a one-off wagon conversion. This is the actual production car.

customsrus
I liked it better as a 2 door wagon, but I think I know what it is. But only time will tell...

Harry P.
This week's car is a 1961 Vauxhall Velox Estate. I think. Different sources label this a Cresta instead, and call it a 1959. The Cresta was the up-market version of the Velox, but between 1957 and 1965 they had the same body... so if you guessed either Velox or Cresta, between 1959-65, you get credit. 62rebel
i found a Cresta, in, of all places, a backwoods salvage yard in the Altavista area of Virginia.... about 25 years ago. it was in a section devoted to off-beat "furrin" cars.... the old fella that ran the place had around 6-700 cars in the yard... all, more or less, arranged by make and era.... there was a literal LINE of 49-51 Fords and 49-51 Mercs that stretched for hundreds of yards. tri-five Chevies by the dozen.... and a good many B-body MoPars as well. he died around 1994 or so and his young'uns crushed the entire place, lock stock and barrel.
