  1. Can't help you there, 1/25 is an unusual scale for F1 cars.
  2. Yes I did glue the air cleaner, but with canopy glue...removed it and the hood closes perfectly, thanx. Also my one and only build of these.
  3. Sorry, put this in the wrong topic, should be in NASCAR completed model
  4. SalvinosJR model of the Toyota Christopher Bell drove at Daytona in 2023. A very complicated kit not for the faint of heart. I did have issues with the instructions, parts misslabeled and not clear on how to fit/placement of some parts. Decals are excellent, but had to refer to actual photos of the real car to get proper placement...instruction sheet is sketchy at best. Paint is Tamiya TS-14 Black, everything else is decals. Only added detail was the screen on the drivers door. I wanted it to look as it would before Mr. Bell got in the car. Overall it turned out to be a very nice looking model of the real car. thanx for looking
  5. My first post on the forum for close to 5 years...Jr Salvinos 1979 Oldsmobile 442 driven by AJ Foyt. Built purty much straight out of the box. added netting to drivers side. Paint is Scalefinishes Poppy Red. Excellent decals. instructions do have mislabeled parts, it was easy to figure out which ones they mean. Chrome finish on the bumpers, etc a little too garish for me. Overall a fun and challenging kit to build. thanx for looking
  6. I finally found you...excellent build buddy. Your dad will really like it. You gonna have Steve 3D print a figure of Chris to put in the drivers seat? Looking forward to seeingg it at NNL West or Desert Scale Classic.
  7. No Bruce, I parted with that model many years ago. But I will be at NNL West.
  8. Purchased this model at the GSL Auction in Salt Lake City. The kit is complete except for one crucial part, the right half of the exhaust outlet, see attached photo. Looking for someone to send me the part so I can resin cast and send back to them. or even better someone to 3D print the part. I will pay for shipping to and fro and cost of 3D printed part. Thank You
  9. Thanx Scott, I have set of IndyCal Decals for the car, waiting for them to have the resin tires back in stock. I plan on doing a fairly detailed model of it. Right now the kit is at John Teresi's. I flew to Salt Lake and John transported my models and those I bought back to Van Nuys. I will be picking them up from him at your show in October c'ya in October
  10. The MPC 1/20th scale Lotus Turbine Indycar... and I picked one up at the GSL Auction for $105.
  11. Very Nice John, I'm happy to see that Bo Derek is monitoring your workbench! Carry On young man...
  12. Thank you Mitchell, that was 7 years ago. I don't know what happened to the model. thanx for bringing back the memories of building it.
