David G.
I don't think I've seen anything like that before. It looks WWII era, is that right? Nice camo paint and weathering. David G.
Speedster
Yes it is WWII era. US Army captured German Sdkfz 251 with a rocket system designed for a Sherman tank. Thanks!
62rebel
i was thrown by the Allied armament on an Axis vehicle, myself..... it was fairly common for the Wehrmacht to lay claim to any machinery they put their hands on, but i wasn't aware that American units did much along those lines. cool model, nonetheless. amazingly, the Wehrmacht used a startling amount of horse-drawn equipment, and it was a common complaint from field commanders that their troops didn't know how to operate most motor vehicles, whereas almost every American soldier could drive a truck or jeep......
