modeltruckmafia
We'll I finally finished the Peterbilt boom truck I started working before hurricane Wilma. Lots of scratch building went into this one everything behind the cab is scratch built The Tires are all custom made by a friend of mine. The trailer is a amt lowboy out of the box except the floor which I cut wood planks for and added a bit of weathering. The paint is Duplicolor dark blue. The engine is painted with tamiya brillant orange. The breathers and tanks are from Mo'luminum. Here is a link to all the pics http://www.modeltruckmafia.com/peteboomtruck.htm

mackinac359
Adam Sweeet 'Picker' Pete! Care to share some info or maybe some detail pics on the crane portion? I'd like to do a modern PB with a crane like this. Tim

Southgate
Well it looks like a commercially built crane, especially with the "Series 800" to make it look more official. I like the colors too. Dan
