Ace-Garageguy
I kind of like this effect. It's Rub-N-Buff gold over Alclad.

berr13
I'm partial to a color I found in a variety store in Colorado a few years ago. It's Krylon Short Cuts "Antique Bronze" enamel, in a one ounce bottle. It's maybe a 3:1 mix of brass and silver, and to me it looks perfect on a Holley carb. Sad to say, though, it could be hard to find these days.
Greg Myers
get out yer silver and gold and start mixin'. I find it's a trial and error kinda thing. Do some home work and Google Carburetors to find the color of the one you're working on. Good luck.
