t-bucket vintage styled rod

hi all ,

this build started out with a revell kit of the john buttera model t touring

i used the parts and made a t-bucket body out of the touring body , in the end the new body was made out of 8 pieces and a lot of shaping

a lot of scrath work on the details , the idea was to end up with a shiney rod but looking like its used and abused without becoming ratty ...

this pic shows the "brass" / gold firewall nicely , its bmf

i love this shot and how it makes the red paint light up and even creates some orange due to the sun
