MikeBoyle
Build I started a while ago, messed up the body and lead to burn out. Got a replacement body thanks to Marc Nellis and plan to land this fish! MikeBoyle
Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Little teaser on the stance and ride height. Would have liked it lower, but it was not worth the extra work it was going to take to get it there.

freakshow12
Looks good. I must say it's ALWAYS worth the effort to nail a stance. It's a deal breaker for me in models and real cars

It's a deal breaker for me in models and real carsI actually like the way the wheels sit in the wheel openings, I just wish the whole thing was lower over all. I think that lowering it any more will throw the wheel placement off. Overall I'm happy with where it sits now.
CJ1971
Sorry, I'm confused... If it's NOT a 1970 Cuda, then what is it?
Belugawrx
I know that the interior is already complete, but,........ If you cut the bottom out of the bucket and raise it up into the bucket walls an 1/8th" ?? Just askin' Lookin' awesome tho MosDef Cheers Edited July 5, 2014 by Belugawrx
MikeBoyle
Sorry, I'm confused... If it's NOT a 1970 Cuda, then what is it?Its NOT an AAR Cuda. I am not a fan of all the clone cars running around with the owners trying to pass them off as the real thing. The final car will be my interpretation of a Pro Touring clone of an AAR, but because it is a clone it is NOT an AAR, thus the name AAR NOT! I may tweek the ride height a little, but nothing drastic, I just want to see this one finished.
slusher
Super work Mike, I love the stance. Going lower could throw everything off. Real impressive..

Then why didn't you just make the title, '70 Cuda pro-touring? Makes no difference whether it's an AAR clone or not.

MikeBoyle
ThNice work, the stance looks pretty good to me.Where did you get those wheels? The wheels are from Pegasus Hobbies. I don't remember the name of the wheel though. They were an all chrome wheel that I painted the center gunmetal grey.
