  1. This was built for an "inner club build contest" from a Lindberg 1953 Ford, It was painted with HOK Hot Pink Pearl if I remember correctly then cleared with Sikkens clear coat. The interior was painted with the pink and a base white, then flocking was applied over the white. The engine compartment has some basic wiring, fuel lines and brake lines were also added. The tires are from Modelhaus and the wheels are machined aluminum Caddy Sombrero caps.
  2. Hey guys, this was build from a Modelhaus kit, very nice stuff, one of my favorite guys to go to for resin kits. Once cleaned up, the body was sprayed with a Sikkens black base coat then cleared with Sikkens clear coat. The motor has some basic wiring, the interior has some flocking but otherwise not a lot to this build. The wheels and tires were out of the parts box.
  3. Hello fellow builders, my name is George and I am a long time builder. I started building model cars in the 50's and 60's, continued building off and on through the 80's then spent more time working on my real cars. When my son (forum member speedy5963) started building models and took an interest it sparked my interest again and have been going since. I enjoy collecting and building old annual kits as well as the newer kits out there. I enjoy building customs and 60's style cruisers. I'll be having my son help me post pictures of my builds and some of my projects. I have spent some time looking at some builds and projects here already, awesome work being done these days!
