Sad to report the passing of Ray Parson of R&R Resin today at 12:10 pm. Having attended many model car events, Cruise nights and car shows all over the country with Ray over the last 25 years I will surely miss him. Ray was a great family man and a genuine car guy. He loved driving his Hemi powered 34 Ford Cabriolet. He has been resin casting for about 30 years and one of the pioneers of the business. Rest in Peace Ray. Do a big smokey burn out at the gates Al Rogers

Here's my fun cars 48 Chevy Stylemaster Street Rod 57 Buick Century Riviera 86 Corvette The 48 Chevy has a 350, 700R4 trans, 12 bolt 3:23 gears, A/C, Chassis Engineering front and rear suspension, and Black Cherry Paint The 57 Buick is all original, my Dad bought the car in 1964 it is all original and has never been painted only 78,000 miles. Has Factory Air, Power windows, power seat and wonderbar radio. I've had it since my Dad passed in 96. The Vette is all original. I bought it on Ebay 11 years ago from the original owner in California. We flew to San Jose and drove it home that's a real car guy vacation. It has a Tuned Port 350, 4+3 Transmission, 3:07 Gears. Just a fun car to own.

I built this using mostly what came in the box, the main exception is the wheels, they are from the Revell 57 Chevy Snap kit the tires and push bars are from the parts box. I started by pinching the front fenders together so they match the angle of the grille. Then I made a forward tilt hood hinge. The custom tail lights in the kit were used. The paint is HOK Planet Green and Gamma Gold. I used the Hemi engine that is in the kit. Makes a cool tow vehicle. Thanks for looking

Our model club The Flint Area Auto Modelers has been doing this for the last 4 years. At our annual model contest. During the Sloan Summer Auto Fair in Flint Mich. We have been building 200 models over the 2 days of the event every year for the last 4 years. We give the models away to kids 14 and under with the help of our generous sponsors. All the club members are involved in shifts since we are also running a contest. We get our models from Revell, contact them through there website. On a personal note this is the most fun you can have with a bunch of kids some of them have been building other kits and have been entering them in the contest. We encuorage parents to also help there kids build the models. It is one of the best events at the car show. Later Al

As a tribute to Ron Cash, R&R Vacuum Craft has made 100 copies of the last Model Ron mastered. All proceeds from these kits goes to Ron's family. They are numbered in boxes with full artwork and sealed. Thanks for looking Later Al
