37 Ford PU Weathered Dio DONE!

Recommended Posts

First weathered build......I've been studying weathered tutorials so this will be a learning curve......
I drew first blood by cutting out the "wood" so the rear shows. This will have no engine/trans but a tree growing through the engine bay......!

I've been thinking about this too. What are you planning for the tree? Something from a model rail road?

I was thinking about looking around in the woods behind my house for a small twig or branch and have a bare tree with no leaves.....?

That looks great, we've got an actual '37 ford pickup sitting out back in similar shape: your model even shares the cab roof corner dent on the drivers side, with ours. My dad and I are building a ratrod out of it, hot 302 under the hood. I'd like to get this same kit someday, any comments on how it went together?
