well here she is, layed out and ready to go. (on the shelf anyway). has been a blast to build and will enjoy looking at her and showing her off to all my friends. ( and you guys to ) B)

a full WIP of this build is on the workbench under the same title if you are interested.

figured I would answer the questions that have been asked so far.

yes the bed railes are part of the kit. done with a new trick to me, painted first with testers wood color. then painted again with tamiya trans. orange. stearing wheel and bed floor got the same treatment.

now the body was sprayed with HOK dreamsicle then cleared with tamiya pearl clear TS65.

well, I have stepped into the world of BMF. :angry: I can definatly see why some shy away from it, (very delicate stuff.

but I told myself to stick with it and I can tell a differance between where I started and where I stoped so thats good.

I'll keep on trying and hope to get better. ,but wanted to show you guys and see what you think.

One sweet truck!!! I do have one question. What color is the steering wheel? It looks perfect

the steering wheel got the same treatment as the bed floor and rails. testers wood color paint with tamiya trasparent orange

brushed over it. really works for a real wood look. :P

thanks dave. tryed alot of new things on this one. the cylinders worked great thanks to you .

the wood turned out great thanks to randy ,and the truck turned out great cause of all the honest input from everyone who posted there thaughts. went into this build with a attitude of you never learn if you never try.

basicly I'm saying this truck would not be here if it wern't for this web site. THANKS GUYS. :lol:
