Snow Day Slammer Buick

I used Testors Black Lacquer polished out 20 minutes after I painting with the Treatment and then one pass of Tamiya clear blue for windows. Next Bare Metal Foil and the wheels were done with a fine black Sparpie, some Tamiya tints for side markers and you have a nice slammer. Also being retired helps.

 Wow! One day? Even with laquer, how did you get it to dry enough to work with that quick? What kit is that? She's drop dead beautiful!

I use a floor heater to accelerate the drying times, been using this method for years with great results. The kit is the 70 Buick Wildcat.

Not many pieces, but a lot of fun to build. I doing another slammer today, the 65 Rivera. I already painted it in Tamiya Maroon and is front of my heater. I'll post the finished car later today.

Thank everyone
