DynoMight Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Hey guys, I've been staking out on the 2006 Camaro Slot Star from AMT, actually mostly all of them, especially the Galaxie, Camaro (1970), Nova and maybe the Olds.. I want to know: 1. Are they worth it (45+ on Round2's website, 25 on amazon) 2. Are they reliable 3. Are they a good build? ZTony8 Posted July 17, 2014 Share Posted July 17, 2014 Score it as cheap as you can if you REALLY want one.The chassis design is compromised,the motor is slow,and the guide flag is too far back.The second series has been modified with,I believe, different wheel bushings and some other things( but not a relocated guide flag).
