I'm thinking of charging $50 ~ $75 per model (not including materials or kit purchase)... and I don't even know if that accurately factors in time built. I guess they Could, but were they classified as Service vehicles, or Emergency Vehicles?? Not really, they tend to use orange lights like here in VA. It was all I had as an emergency light rack so I used it (at least it wasn't police blue!!!). And they are classed as Service vehicles, not Emergency.
