madhorseman
I thought I'd try another diecast re-do. This time I've stripped an Action Elite Kenny Wallace Monte Carlo to re-do as a Dale Earnhardt 2000 Taz car. Thanks for looking. madhorseman
Thanks Gordon, but I'm having second thoughts now. As I was buffing out the finish the paint started chipping in different areas, like the edges of the hood and truck lid, etc. So I may end up stripping it down and repainting the whole thing again. Mad Viking
Looks great! Here's a pic of the same "Taz" scheme I did for a coworker from an Earnhardt Goodwrench Revell kit that had shot decals. I painted the car red & ordered the "Taz" decal sheet from Ebay & he loved it.
