johnbuzzed
Well, I think it's a 1950... I could be wrong. It's the first issue of the kit by Revell; I finished it in early 2011. It's box-stock except for some BMF. I didn't even drill out the exhaust tips or intakes but I did fill in the seam in the front end because I thought it was just ugly. The color is Testors One Coat "Mythical Maroon". Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcome. http:// http:// http:// http:// http://

rmvw guy
You almost talked me out of looking at it with your own critique. Nothing ugly about it, in fact I really like it! Nice job on all the paint It looks like something I would love to own. Nice job John. Edited June 10, 2014 by rmvw guy

johnbuzzed
Thanks to all for the compliments. I'm not sure if I like the One Coat Lacquers more than Tamiya rattle cans but it's real close.

Dirty Dave
Great build! A fine detail, but that's the second edition of the kit. The first one (blue truck on the box) was stock only - no Ardun heads, multi carbs or dual exhausts included. Either way, you did some fine work. johnbuzzed
Thanks, Don and Dave. And Dave, I have CRS and I really thought that was the first issue of that model. I think it had all the stock pieces plus custom/big wheels and tires and the engine options that you mentioned, plus a sheet of cool decals.
