Thanks. I don't use anything fancy, knife, straight edge, square, razor saw, miter box, balsa stripper. The front bumper is one sheet with square tubing glued on the back.

Ah well done. I think I'll switch to a knife for long straight cuts. Grill is looking good BTW.

I'm new to the whole scratch building thing (###### you Doctor Cranky!) I'll add some bits to an order I got growing for some Plastruct stuff ... reckon that square tube comes in handy for a lot of things. Thanks for taking the time to explain it and take pics.

Hear is what I'm up to so far. Btw doc is it ok to steal parts off of dicast cars . I have pics of what I want to take off.

I have cut the back off the hummer so far.

I want to take the wheels and tires off this dicast for a mor off road look. If its alright .
