  1. HPI Guys just built the Cougar. I was happy to see that Round2 included the stock exhaust and a set of regular whitewall tires
  2. Left over parts from the long gone stock version. Besides Revell is tooling up an new kit of the 84 Blazer, so why bother with the old Monogram kit, wich to many is in the wrong scale anyway.. Just saying Cheers Luc
  3. IMHO odd choice of wheels...like the ones in this pic better, maybe it's an age thing 😉
  4. They probably wait till the stock of the F&F Charger kits at the dealers dries up before releasing it again. Do hope that when they do, they include the C-side stripe on the decal sheet.
  5. It's common knowledge that sales performance of ragtops aren't spectacular, probably the reason Round-2 released it first, it's the first downpayment towards ROI on the tooling, the hardtop and other siblings will speed things up, of that I'm sure. so no worries
  6. decal would be nice. Maybe an idea for a "parts pack" decal sheet; upholstery patterns.
  7. Round2 is cranking out stuff at a pace never seen before, so....maybe good that the competition is moving at a slower pace, my wallet definitely agrees
  8. The glue kit or the snap-tite, cuz that one had a none t-top roof.
  9. Thanks for the info Tim! Just printed it for future reference. Cheers Luc
  10. When driving it, I would watch out for mid '70s Dodge Van's in the rear view mirror.
  11. Think the MO comes from diecast design, where it’s important that the tires won’t detach from the wheels when playing. just do as Chris said on his YouTube channel HPIguys and cut the ribs from the rims.
  12. While this car for many Mustang enthusiasts was a low point, I as a kid back then was impressed with it, Go fast stripes must mean it's fast right?! What also helps is that a friend of my father owned one back when they were new. But with the mpc kit modified and the amt tool ready to be injected with molten plastic I don't think it's in the stars, would be neat tho, especially if clear headlamps were to be included in the overhaul.
