  1. I'll be carrying Perry's Resin again on my website and at shows in the Southwest US. The site is a work in progress so bear with me while I add more product as time permits. Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas www.rcsmotorsport.com
  2. Yes it is. I don't have a clue why it drys on the vinyl tires, but it does! Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas www.rcsmotorsport.com
  3. I use Testor's glosscoat first, then apply the decal (the glosscoat hides the decal film), then dust on Testor's Dullcoat. This works well on Revellogram vinyl tires (Nascars and the old Blue Streak big and little tire sets) Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas www.rcsmotorsport.com
  4. Which also happens to be Revell......... Richard
  5. Please pass along my family's condolences Len. Floyd was a great guy. Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas
  6. I've had a Petty conversion of the Revell Superbird "in progress" for several years now. Biggist issue I had was sanding the vinyl roof off of it. The Petty decals included in one release of the kit (street version with Petty decals on it) are actually those he ran at the mid year Riverside 400 road race. 7. Ed is the guy that brought out the '57 Chevy Black Widow and all the latest kits youv'e seen released lately. All were in the pipeline when he left two years ago. He was at Revell for years. Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas
  8. Everybody that agrees, chime in! Let Revell know what it needs Ed back. Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas
  9. This is a no-brainer.........just rehire Ed Sexton! Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas
  10. Perry's Resin is what you are looking for. www.perrysresin.com. Richard Shouse RCS Motorsport Models of Texas
  11. Metroplex Car Modelers Association. Google MCMA for the website. Awesome buncha guys. Richard
  12. If they aren't too bad I'd try using Testors liquid glue to fill it in. Brush a little on let it dry, apply again until you get it built up. Then sand it smooth. This is an old airplane builder trick to hide the seams when you put a fuselage together. Richard
  13. Here's mine. I have to paint in my garage on my workbench. I just finished laying down the paint job of my life. It was perfect. Then a Junebug flies into my overhead light and knocks a bunch of dust down onto that fresh wet paint. Still haven't gotten over it.......
  14. I take that back. It has a 74 type front bumper, at least the leading edge against the nose, but 75-77 bumper guards. A real oddball.
