Jordan White
For some reason I'm not seeing these pics on their Facebook page. It is unfortunate that they didn't bother to include larger 4-wheel disc brakes to go with the larger wheels.
jrherald420
Yup, mine wheels will be going up on Ebay as soon as i get my kit. God they are ugly!! They look like something that should be on a truck or Jeep Edited December 13, 2013 by jrherald420
Casey
... AND I PRESENT THE WHEELS THAT ARE AVAILABLE ON THE FOOSE CAMARO Yeah, those are...unfortunate looking, and kinda what I was hoping they wouldn't be. Might not be a bad thing, though. Rob Hall
I have the original issue (molded in orange), still haven't built it..I recall it has the stock Rallys, can't recall what the optional wheels are with it. I wonder if those are also in this issue or gone.

I wonder if those are also in this issue or gone. They are 5-spoke Cragar star-like wheels. I'm guessing Revell will include a separately bagged sprue (with the rounded corners) with the new wheels attached instead of adding them into the existing tooling, but the wheels are replicas of 1:1 Foose "Fishtail C" wheels:
Jordan White
There's no mention of the custom wheels from past issues, so I would assume they're out.
heinz74
i guess that's about all there is about the Foose thing then ..some wheels and decals.. no 572 crate engine or new seats ,no RS package.. i guess the way i built mine a few months ago would look more customized/Foosified if it was real than this kit i will be getting one though ..i still want a stock one..i'll just save the wheels for a 57 chev i've got sitting here
Erik Smith
There's no mention of the custom wheels from past issues, so I would assume they're out. Don't assume anything…Revell has included many of the parts from previous releases without mention. I bet they are still there as they were all molded at the same time when the kit was originally produced. I have the ROG 1/12 1957 Chevy - it does not mention any of the custom parts on the box or in the pictures, yet all the parts are there. Wheels are such a personal taste that you could never pick out a new set of wheels and have happy campers. Having another set of 1/12 tires though, that's nice. I am sure there will be some custom wheels made to fit...
Jordan White
I figure its always best to assume the worst and be surprised when you find they did in fact include them.
jrherald420
Anybody else Preorder from MegaHobby? My whole order says it shipped, including the Camaro......wonder if its a fluke?
Jordan White
Perhaps they have early stock, perhaps they made a mistake like Hobbylinc.
jrherald420
I will find out Monday. Fingers crossed.
Jordan White
Just looked at their website, and they have it listed as a preorder right now.
Scott - Elm City Hobbies
Yeah, this kit isn't out yet. I get an invoice from my supplier about the same time that Revell direct ships the Preferred Customer orders, and I haven't gotten the invoice as of yet. Expect it next week sometime, which means with Xmas and New Years....I might have on the 30th, maybe, and that is a big maybe.
jrherald420
That's what i was figuring, kinda why i asked if anybody else had ordered from Megahobby. My whole order including the preorder of this camaro says its shipped and will be here Monday. IDK im not expecting it to show.
gnygren
I was roving around my LHS today and saw the Monogram 1/12th scale Camaro. The box art was done up as a Chip Foose. I'm guessing that it is one of the "Overhaulin" cars like the ones done in 1/25th. I didn't get to open it up so I don't know if there is anything for a stock build. Joe Handley
Is it me, or do those spokes look a lot like GM upper A-Arms from that era?
