dimebolt
nice job Corey! how much of the upholstery is going to have the diamond tuck? looks cool man Thanks Bill. It'll run forward to the back edge of the door frame. I can't do it yet though. I still have to make my hinge system, and this is going to cover the tubing that the hinges rotate in. Also it's going to have an area covered on part of the inner door like a door panel. Cool thing is, the material I'm using to do it comes off of a mentholatum pad that you stick on your skin. My Mom uses these things some times, and I have her save the plastic for me just for this purpose. Corey

dimebolt
Thanks John, and Richard. John, that's the way I love to do them. I cant afford to buy the aftermarket goodies, so this is the only way for me sometimes. Plus it helps my building skills grow. Thanks for the kind words man. Richard, I brushed on some clear elmers glue onto the backside, and worked it smooth. Corey
dimebolt
Haven't had much time to build this week, but did manage to make some progress. Got the doors hinged, and more of the upholstery work done. Thanks for looking. Corey
crazyrichard
awsome job .. one idea i got when looking at the pics it kind of could use some sort of design on the doors or decal to break up the green a tad .. would be cool if you could add the same style of flames in like a dark color
