James W
If you use old bottles as paint stands, be sure to dry them inside and out! Doh!!

James W
When you turn the bottle over to paint the bottom, water runs on your paint job.
Guest Guest_mikelo_*
Thats a good one. I'll have to remember that! Our club met at a pizza place for a while, well, until someone knocked a beer over. It turned out it splashed onto a model, and get this.........it started to take the paint off! I have never seen anything like it. Needless to say, we stopped metting at the pizza place. RJWood
I've heard about using Coka cola to strip chrome parts, but beer as a paint stripper? I guess it would be cheeper than that purple stuff. and maybe if you strain it afterward you can have it with some pretzels.

Robert81
I've heard about using Coka cola to strip chrome parts, but beer as a paint stripper? I wonder would it strip chrome, and how dose it affect the plastic, too?
