wheel wells

Hi everyone i have a question on my current project i had to remove skirts and open up wheel wells

one opened perfect and one opened rather large. My question is how can i bring down the larger opening and make them both match again any info would be greatly appreciated if styrene is the way to go im not sure how to use it can someone please explain? thanks

Your model is made of styrene. All you have to do to fix it is to glue a styrene strip the same thickness as the quarter panel in place (shape it carefully to about the correct curve with your fingers before gluing) inside the wheel-arch, let it dry completely, and re-shape it to match the side you like. Making a template from cardboard will allow you to get both sides exactly the same.

Let me get this straight im closeing the well again with the styrene and re opening it smaller. Am i correct??

Yes, basically. You just glue in enough plastic to make the opening smaller than what you want the finished opening to be, let it dry thoroughly, and then re-open it to the shape you want.
