  1. Hey all. Any one know if a 1/25th resin frameless dump trailer is available? I seem to remember one from some years back. Thanks for any help. Have a great day. BobbyT
  2. Well! Looks like I'll be buying a case of these. Very,Very cool.
  3. Hey all, Just wanted to give some cudos to Ron at Ron Coon Resins. I wanted some Accel supercoils For some builds. I found a few sources but they all were out. Found Ron Coon, he calls them "old fashion coils". They are exactly what I wanted. They need painted, but thats no big whup. I got a quick response from him and fast shipping too. He has lots of cool parts, check em out. BobbyT
  4. $844.83 US Dollars according to carmodel.com . 3rd quarter 2022.
  5. I lined up the Revell 67, Lindberg 66 and AMT 67. I think Ployboy is right about Lindberg being slightly underscale. The Revell is 1/24th, Lindberg and AMT 1/25th. Still, these 3 are close.
  6. Ya know, after looking at the pics again I also was wondering how Lindberg compared to the Revell and AMT 67. Think I'll check.
  7. Pics of the trees in the latest release. I have a fine camera, but I suck at taking pics. Also, a side by side with the Lindberg 66. I understand the Revell is 1/24th and the Lindberg 1/25th. I am by no means an expert, but the differences between the two seem huge. That said, The Revell I built a few years back looks ok in It's own display case. I think now though my Revell 66's are parts fodder.
  8. Yep, I've heard of that. Tried it once and it didn't turn out like I wanted. I can do it with scribing, just takes a bit of time. No coffee of course before.
  9. Yeah Rusty, Placing the two bodies side by side showed some similarities. But the differences were very apparent. Using the Lindberg kit to make this style of car will be no problem. The hardest part for me will be cutting the front clip. I take blood thinner medication and I get paranoid that my knife will slip. Here is a pic of the 67 Chevelle I built last year. I based it off a car that was at drag week in Cordova a few years ago.
  10. I'll try to get some pics this weekend. Ya know, if you put this body next to the Lindberg 66, there is a HUGE difference between the two. The Revell 66 looks way, way bigger. So much bigger I am going to build the Lindberg in the Revell style. Tilt front clip, straight axle in front 4 link in the rear. I'll use some of the Revell parts, but not many.
  11. But wait, upon closer review. The tree that has the different seats and the different hood scoop is what I think is a clutch driven powerglide trans, a duplicate rear axle and the blower belt.
  12. I've gotten the 66 Malibu last weekend. Mine has 2 hood scoop choices, the 2 decal choices, 2 interior choices of Seats, Roll bar. No blower. Centerline wheels and same tires as before.
