VRM
Hi All, Does anybody know if any resin company ever made a convertible transkit for the AMT 67 Impala? thanks, Steve D
Ron Hamilton
As far as I know, no one has done a transkit to do a '67 Impala Convertible. I attempted to do one at one time, and may do it again, once I figure out the fender and trunk contours, which are different from the hardtop. Most I have seen made the trunk lid look like an aircraft carrier.
Tom Geiger
Steve, there was an annual of the convertible. Modelhaus doesn't show it on their website. Perhaps someone has cast this.

VRM
I've seen that Resin Realm does a copy of the old annual, but I would rather work with the AMT. Mark, it might be possible to graft the tail of your crushed one to the main body of an AMT version. Do you have the interior bits also?
