carsntrucks4you Posted December 14, 2012 Author Share Posted December 14, 2012 It had taken a while to continue with my Straight 8 Rod. I had used salt and hairspray for the rusty look. I'm not happy with the result. I had forgotten to protect the base coat with clear coat before I had applied hair spray. So the next step will be clear coat and salt again.
